It is made by Smart Theater.  This is an item that is designed for a smart phone.  It it like the old "View Masters".  You attached your phone to the front with a velcro strap and get the same experience as you would by looking through a "View Master".  The band is black in color an the headset is blue and black.  This item is not a high tech item, but more like a "toy"
