Trömner Lightweight
The MDF® Lightweight Trömner Reflex Hammer (aka Tromner or Troemner) is a versatile 4-in-1 dual mallet-type reflex hammer designed for eliciting myotatic and cutaneous responses in adult and pediatric patients. The ergonomic HDP handle lends the hammer a lighter weight while providing the user with greater control during percussion. This updated design is based on the classic reflex hammer invented by Ernst L.O. Trömner, MD, a director of the Neurological Hospital at St. Georg and professor at the University of Hamburg.

Payment
Shipping
Your order will ship within 24 - 48 hours from the order date. Your item will arrive between 1 and 7 business days after it leaves the warehouse.
We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

We like to keep things simple.
We give you 90 days to try out our products. If you don’t love your MDF Instruments product, simply initiate a return by clicking "Return this item" from the More Actions drop-down menu next to the transaction in My eBay, specify why you are returning the item and follow instructions from there.
Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
- Refunds:
Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s), not including the original shipping charges. Just give us a few days to process your return.
- Exchanges:
If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturer defect, it is covered under our Warranty. Please give us a call. Should you, for any reason, want to exchange a product outside of our Return Policy and Warranty policy, please give us a call.
