Antique Paper Mache Doll Head, German, French? Vibrant Blue Glass Eyes 4 repair

This antique doll head is paper mache. It has vibrant blue glass eyes that are fixed into place. There is crazing and crackling that makes this one probably better suited as a decor piece. In fact, he was an estate sale find along with several other German doll parts from the same era. I liked him so much I kept him/her on my mantle for a little while, but it's time for him to go. Pate is still intact but it's really rough. No hair/wig. A big chunk is missing out of the shoulder plate as you can see. I am not sure if someone tried a repaint on it at some point in it's life time. It kind of appears so. It's a great little creepy decor piece or photo prop. Pet free and smoke free.
