Thanks to a very simple and highly reliable design, the Alcatel Adixen 2063C2 2063 C2 dual stage rotary vane vacuum pump provides great performance with high pumping stability. These Alcatel Adixen 2063C2 2063 C2 vacuum pumps have a pumping speed displacement of 42.4 CFM. This Alcatel Adixen 2063C2 2063 C2 dual stage rotary vane vacuum pump is used and is specially designed for pumping corrosive or most aggressive gases in the chemical, semiconductor manufacturing and R&D industry. Oils used for this pump are synthetic PFPE A113/Fomblin 25/6.
