    Includes Program of 1st Day Issue ceremony held  in Boca Raton with Welcome from Mort Walker, creator of
    Beetle Bailey.
    Among the guest were Dean Young, cartoonist of
    Blondie
    and Fred Lasswell, cartoonist of
    Barney Google.
    Also includes 8 page folded "The Comic Times" with copies of some of the classic comics on heavy duty paper (see scan for a few examples).  Measures 10" x 17" unfolded
