    1993 Snowman Self Adhesive Stamp Clown Irv Pope FDC Scott 2799 First Day Cover. The late Irv Pope lived in North Little Rock Arkansas. He was an artist that specialized in watercolors and clowns. He did cachets for me for 5 years before he moved out of state. About 85% of the watercolor cachets he did for me featured clowns. He did about 35 cachets for me.
